Do you have the desire to volunteer and advocate for certification in the School Nurse role?

If so, consider joining as a NBCSN State Liaison volunteer. The following states have no state liaison (Kansas, Kentucky, Montana, and North Dakota) or only one (California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming). You can access the list of state liaisons here: https://nbcsn.org/get-involved/state-liaison-program/list-state-liaisons The purpose of the NBCSN State Liaison Program is to promote the NCSN Certification on the state level. Each state may be represented by one or two liaisons.
 

Role of the State Liaison: As a state liaison, you will play an essential role in supporting NCSN certification. You will serve as a resource on certification, promote certification, participate in state activities with the NBCSN information and serve as a Liaison between your respective state and the NBCSN Board.
