Anne championed NCSN certification through consistent advocacy, communication, and collaboration. She increased awareness of scholarship opportunities and certification pathways, encouraged state-level leadership and professional engagement, and fostered a culture of excellence that resulted in more than half of the district's school nurses earning the NCSN credential.
