President Recognition Award Winners 2025

The members of the JEBDI committee were given this award to recognize their efforts to make certification accessible to all with the implementation of the NCSN scholarship, which benefits up to 55 test-takers per year.

2024 Sarah Portle For her efforts to promote school nurse certification at the national level by supporting school nurses in Arizona in obtaining the National Certification in School Nursing (NCSN). The AZ ASAP program she developed set the framework for other states and school districts nationwide.
2023 Patricia Krin and Theresa “TC” Field-Bobroski For their work to assist NBCSN with reaccreditation with ABSNC and transitioning to a new test administration and development partner (PSI).
2022 Karen Madura For her contributions to exam development and item bank.
